Dear Members

Well done everyone who participated in our 13th annual Summer Exhibition. Visitors were very impressed and you have the Publics admiration for the quality and variety of your photographs. Local events like this are very important to Howth especially for today's stay at home holiday makers.

Congratulations to Michael McCormack overall winner and recipient of the "Howth Photographic Club Trophy". Congratulations to runners up Barry O'Loughlin and Michael Caulfield

Congratulations to Michael Caulfield on his defence of his title "Spirit of Howth" Trophy champion

Thanks to Capt. Raja Maitra who opened this years exhibition and to Tom Lawlor and Darren Kinsella who judged our exhibition photographs.

Thanks to the dedicated team who prepared the Old Courthouse and helped hang the photographs. Sean Briody, Michael McCormack, Michael Caulfield, Sam Keegan and Odran O'Donohoe

Thanks to Norma Lynch who managed the catering on Friday night and made sure all the sausages were eaten. Thanks also to Sean Briody, Michael McCormack, Michael Caulfield, Sam Keegan Jean and Barry Crowley and Odran O'Donohoe who helped wind up the exhibition on Sunday night and leave the hall better than we found it.

Thanks to the club members who gave so generously of their time over the weekend and helped make the exhibition possible

Finally thanks to Philip Manuel (Manager EBS Sutton X) who continues to sponsored the exhibition even in the current economic climate.

I hope you were all pleased with the result

Regards
Sam
